National Health Insurance
Students that have had an ARC for over six months can apply for national health care.
1. Please bring your ARC to your local Residential Office （for those living outside Taipei, please come into Taipei) to file for insurance.）
2. To file for a national health insurance card, please bring your ARC, insurance application form (obtained from the residential office) and 2 passport photos to the Central Insurance Bureau of Taipei.
3. The insurance bureau will mail you a bill of 749NTD to you every month.
